Altran was a leading French engineering and innovation consulting firm. They specialized in assisting clients across various industries, primarily in high-tech sectors, with:

  • Developing innovative solutions
  • Optimizing engineering processes
  • Supporting research and development (R&D) initiatives

Founded in 1982, Altran grew significantly, employing over 46,000 individuals worldwide by 2018. However, it's important to note that Altran no longer exists as a separate entity. In 2019, it merged with Capgemini to form Capgemini Engineering, a global leader in the engineering and technology consulting space

Although much time wasn't spent at Altran, it was definitely important to jump start my career as it contributed immensely to get things rolling in this amazing world

...and what were some of the things I did while I was there?

  • Introduction to configuration segregation, security measures & quality assurance
  • Developed an internal API with .NET (C#) and SqlServer for communication with multiple branches
  • Enhanced my problem-solving skill set and refined interpersonal skills
  • Introduction to organization and the efficient allocation of resources
